i cant file a case because i fail the questionar i got banned because he had all his buddys ban me even tho he was talkin mean words too.

I got banned because this kid was talking about my mom so I said **** you h** and he reported me he got me so mad plz and plz unbanned me. Thank for taking your time to read my report

I got banned because my brother sayed something in party chat and got reported I should only be banned from party chat not messaging not. Able to play on xbox live all I do is watch youtube now I will not let my brother on the xbox again. Thank you for taking

The enforcement team does not use the forums and no one except an Enforcement team member can respond to any specific suspension actions.

You'll have to wait out the suspension if you are unable to submit a case review.

Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If you failed the questionnaire you can retake it after 24 hours. You may want to take that time to read the code of conduct.

You cannot be banned just because someone filed a lot of complaints. You can have a million complaints filed against you, but you will only receive a suspension if the enforcement team finds that you did something to violate the code of conduct/terms of
service.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle bans and they do not use the forums. Since they upheld their decision, there is nothing else that can be done. There is nothing anyone on the forums can do.

There's not a direct email for them. If they sent information via email, you can try replying to it, but there's no guarantee they'll see it.
