Hello I had a stroke back in August on the 22 ND of 2016 I want to get an Xbox one to help with my recovery as it will with getting my right hand moving I was paralyzed on the right side thank you and if you would help plz email me

Same problem here, xbox will no longer accept gift cards or live gold codes and keeps returning 'try back later'

Hopefully you are posting on PHYSICAL THERAPY forums also, as that would be more useful. If you should ever find anyone kwazy enough to buy you a One, maybe you can see if they could throw a little cash to your doctors because I can only assume that
if you can't afford a One, you probably couldn't afford your medical care? #GoodLuck

Why does it have to be an Xbox One? You could get a used 360 off eBay for $75 or cheaper if you look around. Plus if money is a concern, you can find 360 games much cheaper as well.

Are you using an official MS brand hard drive or was it purchased separately from a 3rd party or used? Are you able to test any other backwards compatible games?

Typically issues with backwards compatible games on the 360 are due to the hard drive. There are a lot of knock off drives out there and they will not run backwards compatible titles.

I have already tried this. The hardrive is labeled “microsoft”. No hardware has ever been replaced, this xbox has barely been used.
