Hi! How did you restart your Xbox? In this case you should try performing a power cycle/hard reset first:

Besides that, can you see Ark in this list of recent purchases after signing in? https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders?fref=home.card.payment-and-billing

If not, simply search your email folders for the confirmation mail from Xbox Store back when you bought Ark so that you can send that to the Xbox Support team as a proof.

oh and by the way ark works perfectly fine on my original Xbox
