All you can do is request a case review at the the
Xbox Enforcement web site, nobody outside of this team can help with your problem.

The enforcement team does not use the forums. Not all suspensions are eligible for a case review. There is nothing else you can do and no other way to contact them.

welp i just got the results back and they kept their decision and its really dumb since i did absolutely nothing to get banned

Greetings, vxTwOxTough. Very sorry to hear you are experiencing harassment from another user. Luckily there are resources available to you as Hassasinade and ngocphi have posted. We take reports of this nature very seriously and reporting the user via your
console will make sure the situation is investigated by Enforcement.



I do want to stress that if you feel that your personal safety is threatened you can always get in touch with your local law enforcement about the issue as well.
