Help me enforcement team I didn't do nothing wrong

Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately no one on the forums can help with enforcement actions. You'll need to log in to http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and click the hammer icon. From there you can see the reason for the
action and open a case review with the PET.

Thats what support told me

Support is wrong. They usually give wrong info when it comes to enforcement since they have nothing to do with the enforcement team. The enforcement team hasnt used the forums in years.

If the case review is upheld by the enforcement team there is nothing more you can do.

I did not receive any message explaining any reason behind the ban aside from the xbox console telling me of it with absolutely no information as to why.

As for the custom picture the enforcement team didn't remove or change it, and the enforcement says nothing about the picture at all. It's not offensive in anyway either. I can link to it if it's desired.

Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't enforcement disputes handed off to a 3rd party agency (the xbox ambassadors) due to the Microsoft liability clause? Wouldn't that mean the ambassadors do have some sort of connection to the enforcement team?

Each complaint is investigated by the enforcement team, so it's not an automated system. If they find nothing wrong, then nothing happens. If they do find something wrong, then they take the appropriate action.
