Help me calm my anger.

I constantly get mad at video games for losing, quiting, etc. I am a competitive gamer and I often get rowdy. Can I get some advice on to how to enjoy the game without getting mad at other players and such things because I calm myself sometimes but I need
more than that. I am trying my best to play for fun and not for only winning. Please help!

Is there no limit to your anger? You don't need to call me names. It is not my fault you are mad. i am even trying to help calm you down. So come on, lets drop the name calling and anger and get back to the discussion.

Try to remember that no matter what you're doing, it's just a game and winning means you technically win nothing. I get a little annoyed with some games, but I don't get too angry these days. I play Call of Duty a lot and Black Ops III is by far the worst
call of Duty I've ever played, but I still have fun with it.

What I suggest doing, is get some friends involved, and have some fun. Don't worry so much about the online experience, and just enjoy chatting with friends.

If you're also playing a game where you're not having any fun, maybe it's time to try another game?

You may be up for a communications ban if he reports you to the PET. I would definitely recommend anger management classes if it's that bad for you.

Also, consider taking a step back from live gaming for a while until you calm down.

I had a bad anger problem when I was younger. I found that meditation helped immensely in learning to calm down and not worry about what others have to say.

After all, they are only words... aren't they?

I agree with Noble and JRB I love assasinations they give me a chance to do something close to what I wish I could do to the real person when im mad and calms me down (anger issues)
