Unfortunately, I've tried the form a few times, but because I was a teenager when setting up the account, a lot of the relevant information is tied to my mom's credit card (long since expired), old devices or addresses, etc. Each time I try, it always comes back as insufficient 😔.

Thanks for your response. Technically, it's not possible to have two or more accounts with only one email address. Our accounts' email addresses are the primary key in accessing our accounts. So there's no way it can be used by another account.

When was the last time you had access to your old account? You may check your email history or other devices where your old account might still be logged in.

When you change a user's profile name or email address, they get a new profile. After receiving a new profile, users lose access to their old profile and any his information.
