    I need a phone number to speak to someone regarding logging into my xbox account. Never had this issue before but it is asking for a password which i do not have. The facial recognition is not working. Please help by providing a number to contact. Thank

    Log in help.

    I cannot log I to Xbox live. When I log in on the computer with my current email/password it brings up a gamer tag different from what is on my console. Using the gamer tag I have on my Xbox console, how do I change the email and password associated with
    it? When on my console if I go to the settings tab, the "account" tab is grayed out. Please help!! The email associated with the gamer tag when I created it is no longer active nor accessible. The support page I found says I need to be logged in to Xbox live
    to access the settings/account tab. Since I cannot sign in cant do thid!!

    Cloud storage not working...again.

    It is working for me. I suggest you call xbox support to get your issue resolved. I always call them whenever I have trouble with my xbox live and they are really helpful. Logging and out then log in back usually resolves your issue.

    Sorry to hear you are having issues. Have you tried logging onto your account on your mobile and verified using phone number. I know that has helped people in the past when it gets into a loop.
