    Help! Locked Out Of Account


    When I turned on my xbox one today and tried to sign into my account, it told me there was something wrong and I'd have to go to account.live.com, so I did, and it asked to try to recover my account (its an older microsoft account that I only use for xbox
    live still) and after giving them all the information I could, I recieved an email saying that I didn't give them adequate information and my account can no longer be accessed. I have no idea what to do, without this account my xbox is useless and I've lost
    access to 100s of dollars ive made in purchases on xbox live. I dont understand why this has happened or how to fix it

    I have done 26 of those and within seconds its denied and I've had my account since 2013 and the customer service is just turned into weak sauce for any kind of help.
