HELP Loads of issues with my account

ive been unable to unlock achievements on my account since august 2016. my account also doesnt register game progression for example im level 236 on gta online but according to my game hub ive never actually played gta online, the time played counter just
says 0 the same goes for any other stat. i also cant send messages not even to people on my friends list, i get a notification pop up saying unable to send. the same thing happens if i try sending messages from my pc. ive tryed contacting Microsoft twice about
this and i was given the same unhelpfull link both times telling me to remove my account and reset my xbox then wait 72 hours then attempt a achievement. SOOOOOO anyone got any helpfull advice apart from buy a ps4?

I currently borrowing someone elses xbox while mine is being repaired. I have had no issues with my live account whatsoever and my live account simply will not load without showing the 8015190E error message. Any help would be nice. Oh, and I am not receiving
any error messages in my email or live account on my PC...

I can't sign in to my account.

I can't sign in to my account. When I do, it loads and NEVER stops. I have been idle for 40-50 Minutes and it still didn't load.

I am really desperate for an answer that can be able to help me.

I have also read the common issues.

Your profile looks good from my side, Gamer score, Followers, Friends.... I see you were able to post your last game clip on
2/7/2017. It is true
Xbox Live was having some problems the other day, but things are good now. You say you "cant send messages not even to people on my friends list", it's worth double checking your
enforcement history to make sure there are no restrictions on your account. As far as the other advice you have received, yes I know it may sound a little silly, but deleting and "re-add"
your profile back to your Xbox can resolve many account related issues. Also, while you are waiting for things in the cloud to resync, and if you haven't already done so, may I suggest the now famous "How
to restart or power cycle your Xbox One console". I think things will be much better before you buy a PS4. In deed, you might want to wait to try out the new

dashboard update coming soon to the Xbox One and One S.

It doesn't let me sign in to check my account, it just sits there loading. I've always experienced issues with the xbox websites, they're constantly having loading issues.

I tried them both on my wife's account and it didn't load then either.

I can load them on PC under my account and use the same cloud saves with no issue.

I am so sorry to hear you are having issues with your profile.

Here are some ideas for a fix:

Turn off your Xbox console and unplug it from the power source.
Wait for about 30 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
Try loading your account again.

Ensure your console is connected to the internet.
You can test your connection by going to Settings > Network > Network Settings > Test Network Connection on your Xbox.

Turn off your Xbox console.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console.
Wait for a few minutes, then plug it back in and turn on the console.
Try to load your account again.

Go to Settings > Account > Remove Accounts.
Select the account that is having trouble and remove it.
Restart your console.
Go back to Settings > Account > Add New and re-add your account information.

Make sure your Xbox is up to date. Go to Settings > System > Updates & Downloads to check for any available updates.

Ensure your Xbox Live Gold or Game Pass subscription is active. You can check this by signing into your account on the Microsoft account page.
