Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing discrepancies with your console displaying distortions.

If you haven't already, I would recommend attempting to
reset your display to determine if this really is an issue with the console itself.

In the instance that this does not help with resolving this display issue, then you will likely have to

create a Service Order for your device in order to get it repaired.

I hope this is of some use to you.

I suggest you try a different HDMI cable, or try to use a different (known working) device with your HDMI cable.

However, since these graphical glitches seem to align with some tiles, this is either by accident, or I'd assume that there is actually something wrong with the console.

Can you try to do a hard reset by holding the power button for about 10 seconds, and then restarting the console?

If that doesn't improve the situation, try to
perform a factory reset and keeping your games and apps.

And if that didn't help, then I'm afraid something with the graphics hardware on the console is defective, and you need to send it in for repairs through
