    HELP! Just upgraded to Dish hopper with Sling (from hopper 2000) and now Xbox one ...


    Just upgraded yesTeresa and now I can't change the channels. Everything worked perfectly before the upgrade with the old Hopper 2000. Now I have the Hopper with Sling and it isn't changing channels. I say Xbox watch Espn and it recognizes the command,
    just doesn't change the channel. All other voice commands seem to work though! Xbox on, Xbox turn off, Xbox home, Etc. However, when it turns off.. just the Xbox One and the Sony TV turn off... The Hopper with Sling, doesn't!

    When I set up the Hopper, the box never turns off when it tries I then keep hitting no and it soesnt recognize the Hopper with SlInG When I get to the part to enter the model, I type Hopper and there is no selection for Sling... Just Hopper HD DVR
    So I think that's where my problem is. Just don't know what to do to fix it!

    I've searched and haven't found anything that has worked. My remote manager on Hopper is set for IR, I tried the hold SAT button and. Press 1, * and record. That didn't work.

    anything else I should try??

    Would love to get this back to working 100%!

    Xbox One can't communicate with my Dish Network Satellite Box

    I figured out the issue tonight I just got a hopper with sling and connected to the xbone. In order for the Xbox to take control the brand is echostar and the remote code is S0775 for the hopper with sling from dish.

    I have a Dish Hopper with Sling model ES197107. I'm having trouble getting the xbox one to control it. Video feed is fine but its unable to power it on or off or change the channels. Anyone who has it working got some tips for settings to use on the device?

    What was the trick to getting it to work? I also have hopper with sling and can see TV through Xbox one but can not control anything on the hopper through xbox one. Mi tried the setup and the power off routine xbox one sends you through o find your device
    never powers off my hopper with sling. Am I missing something?

    I have the Dish Hopper with Sling and have had it hooked up to my Xbox One since day one and have used my Xbox for gaming, Blu Ray disk, TV, Netflix and everything else and it runs pretty much all day everyday and even late into the night. It just barely

    Xbox One March 5, 2014 update not working with DISH Hopper receiver

    Got my new Dish Hopper in the mail yesterday and was able to watch TV through the Xbox One for 2 minutes before it froze and then jumped ahead. My old Hopper and new Hopper work great when connected directly to the TV. Neither one works when I run them
    through the Xbox One. Any ideas would be appreciated.
