Help! It says my game needs game pass even though I bought it!?

Having the same exact issue but with Oblivion. Bought it last night and says I need to "renew my game pass subscription" even though I don't have game pass and I digitally purchased the game.

I'm having this same problem.

I went to boot up Return to Arkham earlier and it says I need to "check my subscription" even though I currently have an active Game Pass Ultimate subscription.

I've not bought any games in a long while due to owning game pass, and now half my library is inaccessible. Any help would be appreciated.

yes i can see my purchase for 4.34 total and i own the game but everytime i get on the time and i click to play online, it says i need to upgrade my game pass subscription to ultimate even though i own this game without the pass since i bought the full game
