    my rewards are not posting, account needs updating! What does this mean? please help with this issue!

    Can't connect to network - Test Status: Network: Failed

    Updating the firmware fixed the WPA/WPA2 connection issue. Thanks for all your help.

    PLEASE HELP! New update issues!

    I have recently been having the same problems. I've tried all suggested fixes except for reinstalling the update.

    As I'm on Virgin Media with the SuperHub I tried Sir Phallics suggestion and thankfully for me it has resolved the problem.

    Thank you very much for posting Sir, its been driving me mad since it stopped working!

    PLEASE HELP! New update issues!

    Hi All,

    I've been having the same problems (LoveFilm crashing and resetting my router ect), and thought it may be something to do with my ISP (Virgin Media).

    After searching the internet, I've come across a solution - that's worked! It's to do with keyword/site blocking.

    Make sure this is disabled in the Superhubs web interface > Advanced Settings > Block Sites. Even if there are no keywords/sites listed they still have to be disabled, otherwise the Superhub doesn't know what to do and therefore crashes.
