Help is needed xbox one xbox live gold isuue

I can not connect to xbox live gold even though I have gold for another 4 months and I can play gold games but not online games which I tried with the escapist. I have tried multiple ways to fix it restarting the xbox, unplugging my xbox for certain amount
of time and deleting my account and adding it again which none worked, I need help. Thank you

Do i need xbox live

You will not need gold to buy games (but you will need an xbox live id/gamertag) thats a given, same for iplayer (assuming it comes to xbox one)

As for renting movies not sure ive always had gold when ive done it

The next thing to try would be a factory restore on the console - there's an option to keep your games/apps installed to the console, so you don't need to worry about those getting uninstalled.

If you sign in again after that, and try playing online via Xbox Live Gold, do you still see any issue?

If this is such an isuue, no need to opt into the beta. Simply wait for the full game. GOOD LUCK!!!

I have a one year xbox live gold and I see all this free stuff with gold and I try to buy it and it brings up the price of the game when I play multiplayer and and all taht that u need Xbox live which I need xbox live gold that my mom bought me for a year

Thanks for reaching out! You do not need Xbox Live Gold to use a Xbox One S console. You will need Xbox Live Gold if you wish to play games online and the Free Games with Gold. Also, some titles require a Gold membership so you will want to make sure it
doesn't before purchasing. Check out this

Yep,you only need one active gold account on the xbox one & you need to set up gold sharing,details here

Each account on the 360 would need their own gold subscription though to play online
