    This is getting out of hand. I have not been able to play Dragon Age for several days since the last patch came out. The game won't start if I'm not online and I can't bypass the update to play. I am also having a ton of trouble moving content from my
    Internal HDD to my external one. I am NOT on the preview program since I thought that would avoid bugs like this as much as possible, but I was wrong. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP.

    So I had the same problem with my games not updating or fully downloading, so I used someone else's wifi and the rest of my games finished downloading and updating.

    This is what support did to get me running...

    1. Cancel all downloads

    2. clear the console’s persistent storage, simply go to: Settings >> Disc and Blu-ray >> Clear Persistent Storage

    3. go back to Settings>> then Network>> Advance settings>> Alternate MAC address>> Clear. This will restart your console.

    4. Install game

    It worked!!

    I am still have this issues and have had a problem for over 24 hours. I contacted support and they did not know what to do. I have tried everything on the internet and still cannot solve this problem. This needs to be addressed immediately.

    I can't get more than 1% on Battlefield 4 off of EA access. Having issues with disk games as well. Has Microsoft acknowledged this problem or a way to fix?

    My digital copy of Halo: Master Chief Collection is having this issue. The game was installed for over a month now, and it worked fine. Evidently there was game update recently, because I logged on a few days ago and Halo was in the Queue with Installation
    Stopped! text. I tried a hard reset, power cycle and I finally uninstalled it. I tried to reinstall the game, and it wont even do that now. Nothing Ive tried has worked. I cant even play the game now.
