[HELP] install FIFA 19, preordered by my account, into my grandson's Xbox One with its account

You would need to set his console as your Home console in order for him to be able to access it on his account. Otherwise, you would want to cancel the pre-order so you can purchase it on his account.

My Xbox gone crazy again after installing Fifa 19.

I uninstinstalled Fifa and everything is good again.

The problem was Fifa 19 I think. Thanks EA...

I have the same issue. I purchased the bundle which includes Fifa 19 and Madden 19. Fifa installed with no issues, but Madden is not showing in my ready to install list.

When I go to the store to download from there, there is no option to install to my devices. It just says that I own the game.
