I have been suspended from communications witch isn't the problem if i deserve it's tuff s**t

My problem is if its because of my communication suspension can you make an update so i can actually leave the chat i don't want to post a comment i just want to leave, as am getting annoyed receiving loads of messages when i cant get away from them?!

Yeah this is activision/treyarch's doing. I find this to be a really idiotic system though. If I want to leave a game, I should have every right to. I know some people leave because they're losing, but if I have to do something more important, I'm going
to back out. Anyways, contact activision or treyarch about it, they should be able to help.

"messaging isn't working for your account" no suspension, just an irritating bug. Solutions?

I checked my account for any suspensions and there is none. I can still receive messages and be invited to group conversations but I cannot leave them, every time I try I get an error message saying "We were unable to remove you from this conversation".
I followed all of the steps provided by the error message but still no luck. It's extremely frustrating that I'm unable to send messages or leave group conversations. There are no privacy issues with my account, I tried the hard reset trick and I've tried
signing out and back in. I've had this issue for about a month now, any solutions?

P.S. I'm in the preview program if that helps.

Communications suspensions are often issued
1-14 days in length, depending on the severity of the offense.

Logging into the Enforcement website and seeing the details of your suspension should give you the full
rundown on what happens to your account.

It's a comms ban. If I had been reasonably banned, I would be ok, but I don't want this to count towards my 3 strike rule. I posted a find a group for roblox.

It’s a permanent suspension and I haven’t done anything in violation severe enough to be banned that’s for sure. Comms ban sure. Some people have excess of 5 comms bans with no permanent suspension. So it’s not abusing the system when a group of gamers come together to report one person to get them removed from a game because I wasn’t “going with the flow” of what they wanted? The system is dumb. If they look at all your messages why don’t they look at who messaged first and who violated the terms FIRST in the conversation? If the person sending the report violated the terms of agreement their whole report should be NULL. That way you can’t have bully’s report victims and get them perma banned. The whole ban system needs a rework. They aren’t showing why I got permanently suspended either when my other comms ban has the reason. Also, my other comms ban was for a typo, nice.

Far as I know, comm bans only apply to the account in question and don't transfer....only time that would apply would be if it was a console ban as it would affect all accounts on that particular console.

A comm ban would apply to any comms on the XBox Live/Microsoft network...presumably Apex use their own servers for game chat (or do they use XBL for it?).

No clue whether your issue is because of a ban (pretty sure it just doesn't even attempt to connect if banned) or a tech issue, though given your perfect enforcement record, sounds more like a tech or settings issue

No it does not help because if you read it fully I am asking for help/guidance. The person who did the case review knows it is a comm ban but has not read my case properly as someone accidentally made it a permanent ban for everything not just a temporary
comm ban. So I need to somehow contact them because I cant file another case review.
