    I'm trying to link my sons minecraft to my Microsoft account ( I rarely use it) it says I have a user name which I've no idea what it is. I get a link sent to my email to reset it but then all it shows is the user name with most of the characters blanked out but ut appears to be another email which I dont have access to. Any idea how I reclaim the Microsoft account?

    I'm trying to do this to amend settings so much son can play multi player on minecraft * playstation 5 and also having a night mare doing this as its saying I have to adjust the privacy settings on microsoft which I don't have access to

    Thanks. I've just tried that as well. I feel like I'm going in circles here. One group says they can't help so they send me to the next one. Round and round we go.

    Chat is an absolute waste of time, I've spoke to them LOADS and you go round and round and round in circles !!

    Better speaking to someone on the phone, get them to call you though and not waste your own money

    busgod I not saying he is not good at networking im just saying I've been through all these steps with 4 different techs to be told I need to speak to higher level tech and like I said been waiting 43 days .if he can help brilliant just don't want to go
