Help,im being hacked on xbox&my computer.

a player i met on xbox nearly 3 years ago hacked my i.p address so he can «monitor»my profiles on both xbox&facebook.on top of knowing what i watch on youtube,he managed to involve members of my familly,the very few friends i had in real life,and several
thousands players here to bully(to troll me)by riddles so they cant be detected by the file complain system.to get so many followers,(and their numbers grow each days)he simply told them that i need to be bullied and deceived in order for me to learn to stop
caring about the opinion of others.of course it worked,but for years now all i do on xbox and facebook is to block everyone.i lost my familly,my rares friends,my chances to befriend a decent player and have fun on xbox,and my trust in humanity.i also received
death treaths but since he hacked my computer,i cant talk with the support...if you have any ideas of how i can take actions against those so many «self called doctors»,your help will be appreciated,thank you..

Agreed. If I want to surf the web, I will get on my computer. When I want to play some games, i'll turn on my Xbox.

That's where that 30 Second Advert for XBOX Live! BS rumour came from... It was made by these GamerCard Generators etc..

I wouldn't bother using one of those GamerCard Generators mate... You're risking your XBOX Live! Account being hacked & anything downloaded to your computer, holds the risk of new Trojan Horses or Worms etc.. As you have to type in your Gamertag & save them
to your computer etc.. They will most likely get banned soon or removed from the web...

 

to note: mystic lavender is not my main profile.i trried many times to make new profiles to not get bothered by trolls but sadly they know each times i try to hide.

 

Since he's using your IP address then this is outside of the Live service. You would need to try contacting your ISP for assistance with that.

As far as Live goes, you can file a complaint via the console and the enforcement team will look into it.

You should also consider contacting the police since they are sending you death threats.

 

there are some things i cant say here about whats going on,but since i cant speak with microsoft support directly,all of the file complains i did failed...

 

plus,the police cant do anything neither,they said i should talk with a technician.i wish my health could allow me to go outside,then maybe i would have been able to use a computer who is not hacked.

 

Phone and chat support don't handle enforcement issues. So contacting support directly would not have done anything. The enforcement team are the ones who handle the complaints and there is no way to contact them directly. It sounds like most of what the
guy has been doing has not been done on Live which is why the enforcement team may not have done anything.

 

then that mean there is nothing i can do and since i cant speak directly to the system,the trolls will continue to grrow in numbers and they will continue to attack me in the mosts indirect ways...my internet furnisher dint find any traces of hacking either...i
lost everything and everyone close to me because of one kid and i cant proove anything,well this is making me mad...

 

there is no justice and people will never care about the victims of abuses as long as it dont happen to them..well,at least my struggle end here now that i finally know that there is nothing to do.my «so mature» agressor won like always..well at least i
wont have to pay for interrnet again so i might buy a few pets to keep me compagny for the rest of my days,far frrom my familly and this society who want to burn me on a stake like a witch to save from herself.lol
