Help! I need to make a change to my Xbox Live account

I need to remove a credit card from the billing part of my Gold account . I have been all over this site and when asked to log in to my account I end up being asked if this is me and that I need to wait 30 days in order to access my account. There is also
mention of some sort of code which I either don't have or can't find.The problem is I need to remove this credit card now to avoid another payment being taken out. Is there any way that this process can be taken care of not so i don't have to wait?

HELP SOME1?? i do not now where to put this...

euuh were to start.. This is a new account i made because my other account named: wobblegasm got hacked.not on xbox but on windows live.. i tryed to answer my recovery questions multiple times but they couldn't help me.so i left it alone thought it would
never harm me, so now is the question: can anyone from Xbox change my e-mail or do something so i can change it.. ive still been paying gold on that account but actually with no reason, cuz i cant change anything online, cant make battlelog, etc.. or else
i need to make a new account and get all my achievements back ^^ and if i need to do that, sry to say but i will make the change to sony....

PLZ PLZ some1 help..

sorry to hear it. Unfortunately no one on the forums can help you remove your card as that is a billing issue that only phone support can handle.

Please give them a call and explain the situation to them. They should be able to remove the card for you.

Are you using a child account by chance? In order to make changes to your Xbox Live account you'll need to make those changes using the adult account tied to your Xbox Live account.

so i have to make a new Microsoft account and connect it with my nonlive account to change my nonlive account to live, then i go into Account on the xbox and change it to associate with my xbox live account
