    Help I keep getting error code


    I keep getting error code 0x80070bfa when trying to open app. Looked for it on this site but says nothing can be found for it anyone know what it is and how I can clear up the problem???????

    Hi Kellylee1964,

    If the error message of 0x80070bfa is getting appeared only on one specific app, please try to reinstall this app.

    In case you see the code on every app and/or game launch attempt, please reset your console to factory defaults and choose the option to keep your games and apps.

    Reset Xbox One Console to Factory Defaults

    I am also having this issue on one app.

    I've tried re-installing it and the error still has not gone away.
