HELP!! Recently I just created the account in xbox live but mistakenly linked my email where I had my original account SnakePolSolid, this is my principal account and where are all my achievements, I have money and points and games.

Now my old account SnakePolSolid dont work, only i can conect to x-live with my new account DanteDarkKnight.

I would like to unlink from this email account and link my old account again SnakePolSolid but not how to do it.

Can anyone help me?

Two gamertags linked to a single email issue.

I believe I have two gamertags linked to the same email account. I get emails from XBOX directed to (my current account) and 2. I deleted 2 from my console months ago as I couldn't justify the use of two accounts,
but it kept charging my. I've been getting charged $10/month for gold so I might as well redownload the account. When trying to do so it only downloads . My paypal address that is charged monthly for 2 is the same as the email for
my Microsoft Account that is linked to.

Can anyone help me find a way to download my 2 account? I wasn't sure it was even possible to have two GTs linked to the same email address.

weird, I looked at the old profile and it has really the same avatar you have right now.

If I were you I would contact Microsoft and ask why did this happen because it was not so post to.

Hi, thanks for your reply.

When I click that link it asks me for an email address. Is this for my son's account or mine? Something I noticed on our xbox is that my two younger sons have gamertags but their email addresses are not connected to these, and I can't find a way to link the two without it trying to create a new gamertag for their emails.

Greetings Sosa271! To be clear, you have your main Microsoft account email (let's call it email 1) linked to a second gamertag that you did not select (we can call it gamertag B) and what you'd like to do is link email 1 to that original gamertag A? If that's
the case, it sounds like you might need to
Switch gamertags between two Microsoft accounts, can I have you check out the support article linked there and let us know if that helps! Keep us posted.
