    Please help me, i have been hacked by a gamer.

    I received an xbox message (see screenshot). I followed the link and it looks like a real EA site. Even the code was sent as it was from EA.

    At the end i was routed to the FIFA web app, but nothing happens.

    A few hours later, i noticed that all my coins and expensive players were gone.

    I think they have been transfered to another gamer.Please can anyone help me to repport this to microsoft.

    I hope they can track the gamerID, email, etc.

    I have also reported this to EA.

    I would also contact your bank again.

    Doesn't matter if the purchases were made on a debit card or not,if you are disputing the payments then they have cancel that card & investigate.

    Contact them again, and specifically say I have unauthorized charges on your account, and if they keep saying it was you, talk to their supervisor or manager. Then this can get straightened out.

    Ask them specifically to open an "Unauthorized Access Case" if you haven't already.

    You may have called support, but did you have them open an unauthorized access investigation? If the account was not in your control when the purchases were made, they will be able to tell. Your account will be frozen while they investigate.
