    Hi I am at my wits end - I was notified by my bank that there were a number of transactions on my account that has totally wiped out my funds. When I investigated there was a total of 127 transactions totally £884 pounds - mostly for Fifa points. Looking
    at the transactions, some of these were made when nobody was in the house. Because these were all made with a debit card my bank says that it is Microsoft issue - when I have spoken to to Microsoft they say that all transactions are valid and that I have
    not got a case. Some days there were 30 transactions for Fifa points all within a minute of each other. I have looked on the xbox, and there are only 19 players - surely if these were all genuine transactions, would there not be alot more players. Also
    there are a few transactions for GTA - this game has not been played since Jan. If the xbox has been left logged on - can someone get onto the Console and make these purchases.

    been compromised.

    If your account has been compromised, you would need to contact support and have them start an unauthorized access investigation.1 -800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
    Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Then you'd want to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review.

    If you believe that someone else has gained access to your account, then you must call support in your region and ask them to open an unauthorized access case. They will investigate and take whatever action is needed.

  5. Thanks I have already done this, but they are saying that as I have an adult account all purchases are valid and that they are not going to reimburse me any of the money

    You may have called support, but did you have them open an unauthorized access investigation? If the account was not in your control when the purchases were made, they will be able to tell. Your account will be frozen while they investigate.

    Contact them again, and specifically say I have unauthorized charges on your account, and if they keep saying it was you, talk to their supervisor or manager. Then this can get straightened out.

    I would also contact your bank again.

    Doesn't matter if the purchases were made on a debit card or not,if you are disputing the payments then they have cancel that card & investigate.
