I haven't been able to matchmake with any of the games I play. I've reset my modem and it is configured for the correct ports but I keep getting a matchmaking alert when I test my network. I don't know what to do to fix it.

NAT Gaming issue

Help! I have a Motorola NVG510 router/gateway - just one device. My console can connect to Xbox Live, but complains about moderate NAT. I can't play Battlefield with my friends! Thank you for any help you can give!

NAT strict issue on XBOX 360 (with gateway/cable modem Motorola SVG 6582 and router Linksys WRT16N)

Help! I have a Linksys WRT16N v3 router connected to a Motorola SVG 6582 cable modem. My console can connect to Xbox Live, but complains about NAT. I can't play Fifa 14 with my friends, for example. I could setup the Motorola as bridge and I turned off the
Wireless, but, unfortunatelly, my WiFi Internet connection was lost (Linksys). I already updated the port forwarding on both consoles, I tried DMz, tried to disable NAT, but nothing is working. Does someone know, please, the correct steps to be followed and
make sure it will work? Thanks!!!

Consider yourself lucky, I can't even sign in to my account. Been trying everything. I've got all of the ports forwarded. Just get suck at the Signing In screen indefinitely.

Things you have tried:

Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type?

Any Error Codes you encounter:

Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)?

After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" press “Y” for "More Info”. In the pop-up that appears, what are the following values, if shown? (If a value below does not appear for you, just leave it blank.)

Is your Xbox One connected directly to the NVG589 or do you have a router connected to the NVG589 then to the Xbox?

Just so you know, IPv6 with Att does not currently work properly system wide. There are some backend issues. Getting a NVG589 is not going to fix it. Also IPv6 is not even needed to connect to Xbox live. Having fully functional IPv6 right now is just a personal
choice and is not a requirement. And one other thing about the NVG589 is that it does not have UPnP built into it. Getting an open Nat on Xbox one can be difficult for people!! I know this because I have the NVG589 and the IPv6 has to be disabled on it for
things to work properly, until Att fixes the backend issues.
