    ok, so i recently got an xbox one for my birthday and have only just set it up. i have a lot of games, dlcs and such saved to my 360 which i want to transfer, which i know i have to do but uploading it to the cloud. i have the right amount of storage, i
    have gold membership, but i still cannot enable the **** cloud. i've looked at all the guides online and they all say go to storage, system items, delete the cloud one. well mine just isn't there. i'm tearing my hair out trying to sort this. i literally only
    bought the gold membership so i could sort this out and i'm not even able to do that. any help is deeply appreciated

    HELP I HATE MY XBOX

    Hi there,

    be sure to clear the cache on the console, since you mentioned you just got the Gold membership and it sometimes happen that the console will not fully notice it.

    Be sure the console is connected to Xbox Live and you are using a profile that is able to login at xbox.com without problems

    1. Clear the console cache, see this link for the how to:

    2. Turn the console off.

    3. Turn the console on.

    4. Clear the console cache one more time

    Regarding the 360 games be sure to check they are supported on the Xbox One at the moment, see this link for the current list (which will grow in time):

    Sorry, there's no way you're going to be able to change your gamertag for free. If you wish to change your gamertag you will need to pay the $9.99 like everyone else.

    As far as your hate messages are concerned please file a complaint against the people sending them, if you don't

    If the player has sent you hostile messages or harassing messages do these 2 options.

    Option.1

    Click View GamerCard Submit Player Review click Avoid Player

    Note:Option.2 is only recommended if they break the Code Of Conduct or do anything related to the categories in the file complaint menu

    Option.2

    Click View GamerCard File Complaint and select a category
