    Help, I fear I have been hacked.


    Okay, so I don't know if this is the right place to be asking this, but my account has been issued a permanent suspension on Xbox Live for the Gamer tag ShayminSayz.

    I have been having this account for two years with no problem. A week ago today, I got issued a suspension. When I asked why I was issued the ban, I was informed that it was because of a modified tenure level.

    I fear that I have been hacked. First, because I don't know how to modify an account and second, I haven't updated any security proofs in a couple of months. I would like this case to be investigated. All of my hard earned work and paid marketplace items
    totaling over at least $500 is now ruined because of this.

    been compromised.

    If it's strictly an Enforcement Issue you will have to utilize the Case Review process, as the Enforcement Team does not have direct Offical Support channels and does not have a presence on the Forums. More details about the Case Review process can be read

    If your account has been compromised, you would need to contact support and have them start an unauthorized access investigation.1 -800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
    Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Then you'd want to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review.

    forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx
    & Console Bans they deal with Inquiries about account suspensions, forced Gamertag changes, console bans, and other enforcement actions.

    If you feel that your account has been compromised then you need to phone support for your region & ask to open an unautherised access case.

    The chances of your account being hacked are extremely small though.

    If you feel that your account has been compromised then you need to phone support for your region & ask to open an unautherised access case.

    The chances of your account being hacked are extremely small though.

    If you believe you have been hacked you will need to contact XBOX Support for your region. When speaking to them please let them know that you are missing points and your friends list was deleted. They will be able to open an unauthorized use ticket and
    investigate how this happened and upon the completion of their investigation if they see that it wasn't you making these charges or doing these things they will give you the credits (I'm assuming by credits you meant Microsoft Points) back to you.

    This process can take anywhere from 7-30 business days depending on how much investigation they actually need to do into your account.

    In the future I recommend you read over the security page located here. It teaches you how to protect yourself from individuals that can gain unauthorized access onto your account.
