Help, I fear I have been hacked.

If you feel that your account has been compromised then you need to phone support for your region & ask to open an unautherised access case.

The chances of your account being hacked are extremely small though.

If you believe your account was compromised you will need to contact phone support. They do investigations for these types of situations, Your account May be locked for the duration of the investigation. Please reach out to them by visiting this page here You

Account security is one of our top priorities at Microsoft. Follow this checklist to make sure your Microsoft account and PC are as secure as possible.

Five steps to take now:

• Add security proofs to your Microsoft account
  
• Get the latest security updates for your browser and PC
  
• Update your virus, spyware and malware protection software
  
• Turn on your browser phishing filters

You are going to have to take this up at
forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx & Console Bans they deal with Inquiries about account suspensions, forced Gamertag changes, console bans, and other enforcement actions.

If you believe you have been hacked you will need to contact XBOX Support for your region. When speaking to them please let them know that you are missing points and your friends list was deleted. They will be able to open an unauthorized use ticket and
investigate how this happened and upon the completion of their investigation if they see that it wasn't you making these charges or doing these things they will give you the credits (I'm assuming by credits you meant Microsoft Points) back to you.

This process can take anywhere from 7-30 business days depending on how much investigation they actually need to do into your account.

In the future I recommend you read over the security page located here. It teaches you how to protect yourself from individuals that can gain unauthorized access onto your account.
