Help i just got my xbox one s today and made a account but when i tried to send a message it said because of my past behaviour i cant send messages Please HELP. ASAP

Please HELP I cant send messages.

I've had this account for 4 months since December and I have yet to be able to send messages all. It just says message didn't send or on the account.xbox.com messages it says Because of your past behavior, you can't send messages. The only things that work
is the xbox one smartglass on the pc not even the xbox app itself. I'm not banned I went on the reputation thing and nothing is wrong and I'm 99.9% positive my settings are good and are not causing it. Please help, it is so infuriating I have contacted the
support on calls and chat and still have yet to fix the issue.

step 2 as that SHOULD resolve your issue.

Go to
https://account.live.com/proofs/Manage
look under "Security info helps keep your account secure" and make sure they have a phone and email listed.

If any are missing please add them. If Any ARE listed delete and re-add them. And Save Changes.

Then Restart Console Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide. Select Settings. > Select Restart console. > Select
Yes to confirm.

Once the Console Has restarted you should be able to send messages.

What happens when you try to send a message? Do you get an error code or something else? Please share what happens when you get a chance
