Heads up, I just checked, and the same thing is happening with my friends list on my Xbox console and PC, so it could be a temporary issue.

Even so, I recommend that you try the following procedure to see if it solves it:

1. In your console settings, go to the "Account" section and select the "Delete accounts" option and choose the account in question. This will delete your profile from the console, but you will not lose any of its data, don't worry. .

2. With the Xbox on, press the power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds until it turns off completely.

3. Unplug the power cord from the console and wait 30 seconds.

4. Reconnect the power cable to your console and turn it on normally.

5. Then add the account back to your console so that all your profile information is downloaded again, it won't take long.

If I may ask, are you on Xbox or PC?

If you're on PC, quit the game and restart your PC before re-launching and then check again if it will now be visible.

If you're on Xbox, for cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

This mainly happens due to connection problems or poor connectivity. Try restarting your router/modem, or delete and recover your gamertag.
