    Help! I can't play my game


    Hi. I recently got a new Xbox one S. Along with the console, I also got fifa 17 and forza horizon 2. I finished installing all of them. However, whenever I try to play the game, the game never comes up and the screen keeps on saying "loading". What should
    I do?

    I would suggest that you try this:

    If that doesn't work you can perform a factory reset with the option to keep games & apps.

    - Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    - Select System > Settings > System > Console info.

    - Select Reset console.

    - On the Reset your console screen: Select "Reset and keep my games & apps".

    You will have to sign in again.

    Hi rossmfh76,

    Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. I can definitely see that it would be a problem, and a frustrating one, to attempt to clear your local saves, but the options on the Storage area aren't populating. As that section isn't showing
    up, here are a couple of troubleshooting steps to try to get that to populate so that you may continue in deleting those local saves:

    1. Try
      physically power cycling your console
      first to see if the section will then populate. If it doesn't, then
    2. Perform a
      soft factory reset to the console (leaving the games & apps installed)
      to clear any potentially corrupting files from the console's OS that may be causing this to happen.

    Be sure to know the log in credentials (email address & password) to your profiles on the console as they'll be removed during this reset process. If you have any external devices plugged into the console, be sure to disconnect those as well. Hopefully
    this will then allow you to go to Settings > System > Storage and provide the option to clear those local saves.

    Give this a try and let us know the results.
