    Since January 2018 I've bought the Xbox Live Gold but today it's not letting play online. I've tried to look at my subscription on my xbox one but it said temporarily unavailable at this moment.

    Hey there XxMangoJetxX,

    Are you seeing this on Xbox One or Xbox 360? Are you able to play any other game online without problems? What sort of troubleshooting steps have you tried to do to fix it?

    I'm waiting for my gta5 to load then suddenly it says "Connect to Xbox Live" I tried restarting my whole Xbox I tried hard restarting and i also can't play,talk with any of my friends

    Can you please try removing your profile from the console, then power cycle the console, and then sign back in to redownload your profile? Do you still see the same issue after that?

    Is there a specific error code that popped up when this issue occurred? Error codes generally look like 0x00000000, and that will help us get a specific idea where to start. In the meantime, have you tried

    removing your Xbox Live profile and adding it back on    ?
