    Help I can't get my Pre-Order bonuses for Destiny 2


    My main account doesn't allow purchases so I had to make an alternate account to do so. I Pre-Ordered the game overwhelmed with excitement seeing the Cold Heart and Kill Tracker Ghost. I loaded into Destiny 2 and played my way to The Farm and I immediately
    went to the vault to pick up the emote and veteran emblems, however the emote was not there. I haven't completed the story and gotten to level 20 yet but since the emote wasn't there I have a strong feeling I will not be able to get Cold Heart or the Kill
    Tracker Ghost. If someone could please help me that would be amazing, I don't want to start off Destiny 2 feeling disappointed and cheated :/

    Pre Order Error/Question

    I pre ordered Destiny 2, but the credit card was declined. So I was wondering if I could still get the pre order bonuses. I also bought the digital deluxe version launch day, so yeah I just really want those pre order bonuses.

    Hey AUrinatingWolf,

    Unfortunately you can't obtain Cold Heart until finishing the campaign, after completing the campaign it should be obtained from the gunsmith.

    Similarly you need to complete the campaign to get the Kill Tracker Ghost, which after completing should be obtained from Lord Shaxx

    Destiny: Digital Guardian Edition for the Xbox One?

    I don't understand why I can buy Madden 15 now and it will download, then be playable on Tuesday, but I can't buy and download Destiny to get pre-order bonuses. I'm not interested in buying discs anymore I want all digital games but I also want pre-order

    It depends on the games (I share two separate consoles at home with my wife). For example, Destiny 2 has assign pre-order bonuses to the owner of the purchase, while Far Cry 5 has assign bonuses to both. The same goes for the DLCs, some games allow it, others
    not.
