Help! I can't connect to Xbox Live with my **** Touchstone Wireless Modem.

I've been trying to connect to Xbox Live with my Xbox 360. I have the **** Touchstone Wireless Modem. I've contacted Microsoft Support and my ISP and they both couldn't help me. I've come to the conclusion that it's my modem. I've heard that other people
can't connect to Xbox Live with **** Modems too. Is there any way I can connect to Xbox Live? I use an ethernet cable from the modem to the xbox.

Can connect to internet, but not live. I have tried all trouble shooting suggestions. Please help!

My xbox can not connect to xbox live. My console will connect to the internet but not Live. I have done all port forwarding for the necessary ports. I have restarted both my router and modem numerous times. I have tried everything. I am using Touchstone
Telephony Modem with an Airport Extreme router. I am a Mac user. My Live connection has just recently began doing this. Please Help!

Open NAT.. How?

I have tried opening UPnP, forward ports, DMZ, giving my Xbox a static ip. The only way I can achieve an open NAT is if I connect wired through my modem and don't bother with my router. This is very frustrating because I have many other devices that connect
through the router. So something is blocking xbox live on my router and I don't know what it is and what setting I need to change. Any help is appreciated.

My router is a Linksys WRT160Nv3.

My modem is a Touchstone Telephony Modem TM502G.

And I connect wireless through the xbox's built in wifi.

I have done this and it still can't connect to XBOX Live for some reason. Would buying an wireless adapter be any help? My WiFi seems to be very strong in the room where the xbox is, wondering if this would bypass all this modem/cable problems i'm having?
