    Hello,

    I have a problem, I cannot connect myselfmore on my Microsoft account because I do
    not have any memory of my address e-mail. I was obliged to format my xbox one and I am
    now disconnected from my profile. I do not rememberthe e-mail that I gave at the time of the creation ofthe account online, whereas I know the passwordbecause I use the same one for all my passwords.

    Please, help me because I cannot reach any more my profile, on which I have my subscriptionxbox live gold and all my games.

    Xbox - Microsoft account link fail

    My Xbox and Microsoft Accounts have failed to connect to one another. My Microsoft account is connected to this random gamertag , while my actually gamertag that should be connected to my Microsoft account (I thought I previously connected

    Youd need to contact xbox live customer support for your region by visiting

    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

    If you can answer some account specific information about your account they can tell you what your email was so you can reset your password. Otherwise if you cannot provide them enough info for them to verify that your the owner then at that point you would

    It's not that I don't have access to my Microsoft account. The fact that I can't unlink my Microsoft account that's connected to something that I can't unlink without knowing where to start.

    We can't check this on the Xbox platform, it is done on the Epic webpage.

    Please, enter Epic website: epicgames.com/account/connected

    Go to Your Name > Account > Connections > Accounts

    If you still can't link your Microsoft account, you will need to open a support ticket with Epic support.
