I JUST BUY A PAYCARD AND REDEEM THE CODE THEN I HAD 321 PESOS MEXICANS AND IN THIS BLACK FRIDAY I WANT TO BUY ALAN WAKE ON PROMOTION OF APPROXIMATE 104 PESOS MEXICANS AND THEN BUY ANOTHER GAME BUT THEY CHARGE ME 300 PESOS MEXICANS AND I WANT HELP ABOUT WHAT
I CAN DO I WANT MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE I WANT TO BUY OTHER GAME. THANKS FOR PAY ATTENTION AND I HOPE THAT ANYBODY CAN HELP ME.

Promotion - Farm Simulator

Good Day All,

Ive been asked to come here by Xbox Support Phone Team. There was a promotion on Farm Simulator earlier this week, down to £16. I went to buy it at the advertised price, on 25th April 1am (GTM) which was still in the promotion time frame. When I clicked
to buy th game, it came up content not available. I tried again. Same thing. Waited 10 mins, and tried again. Same thing.

Now the game is full price, is there a way I can get discount on this game? I buy all my game on the Xbox Store (don't own a single disc) and ive never had this problem. I had a good connection to the internet, I just feel a little shocked that the game
was going to cost me £16 is now going to cost £40 !!!

Any help would be great. Thanks

Think this is a US only promotion, and its free for a full week for them before going back to its 800MSP price

Looking at the UK Marketplace and game still shows as costing 800MSP

If they split the cost of the game, they still pay full price. Again, how is that different from me paying full price for a game, letting my friends borrow it, & them never buying it? If we both can't play at the same time, how is that different than you
waiting for your disc back?

Thank you for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with a missed promotion. Unfortunately, when a promotion passes, there is no way to pay promotional price. You must wait for the item to go on promotion or purchase the item at full price.

Correct me if I am wrong but didn't the developers get paid full price once for the games we buy used at Gamestop? So they should get paid full price every time someone buys a used game? You buy a used car and you sure as hell don't pay full price for it
when you buy it do you?
