Help? I bought a game, it took my money, but I don't own it.

All GTA IV, and all the episodes from it, and GTA V are 50 yo 70 percent off

So I deiced to buy them all because its such a great deal

I bought GTA V and GTA IV Gay Tony fine, but then I bought GTA The Last And Damned

According to this

GTA IV: The Lost and Damned

I own the game

But according to my xbox "$2.49 Purchase"

And yes it did take my money when I bought it the first time

Purchasing add on's

I bought 3 £60 shark cards and it took my money from my bank but it said that I didn't have authorisation to buy it but it still took my money but didn't give me what I paid for, now I don't know what to do my bank says I bought 3 shark cards but I don't
have the in game money, can you do something Microsoft thanks (and I had £175 in my bank)

This was likely due to a service alert that was up effecting the ability to play downloaded games and apps. You should be able to use them now that the alert has lifted. If you continue to have this problem please post back.

So what is the issue??? You cant play the DLC or what?

 

If it is saying you "already purchased' then just download it. It will get added to your download queue.

 

I'm a little confused about your issue too.

You can check at the following link all charges related to your account, even if you were billed twice and if Xbox returned the money:
commerce.microsoft.com

Also you can re-download all purchases through your download history, if your not familiar see here:

support.xbox.com/.../view-download-history

Edit: Oh I get you now! Go to your commerce page and see if you were actually charged for it, if you can't find the charge then you don't own it and will need to buy, if you do see the charge and don't have access to the content follow Doc's advice and contact
support.

 

You bought all the add ons for GTA 4 but did you get the full game as well? You need the full GTA 4 to play the add ons.
