Help I am level 23 for Titan, but I cant get legendary items or rare items, why?

Hi, I am a level 23 on Destiny for xbox 360. I cant get legendary items when kill players, or open chests, but my friends get legendary items, why? I did today get a rare and a legendary item for warlock, my 2nd subclass, why am I not getting legendary items
for my titan? I am not a rank 1 yet for my vanguard marks, working on that, I have 96 vanguard marks so far. Can you tell me why I am not getting titan legendary or rare items for my titan?

Templar lost all of his equipment

Hi. I noticed that my Templar lost all of his gear. His rings, legendary item that makes him invincible and legendary weapon and shield. Is it possible to fix this to get the legendaries back? the class item is very rare.

 

borderlands 2 i need a level 61 infinity pistol fire or acid.

ive kill doc about 180 times and nothing but i have level 61 legendary items and peril weapons. welling to trade or dupe please help me

 

Same happens to me. I get Legendary Anagrams all the time but when I get them decoded I just cant some crap armor. I ended up just working hard on the Vanguard and ranking up.

 

Drops are completely random as far as I can tell. Your titan is just unlucky.

I've gotten over 20 Legendary Engrams and none of them have ever been Legendary Gear.

 

I'm a Level 23 Titan and when I was level 22 I got 2 Legendary items for Warlock and one for the other class which I've forgotten what it is. I have had one Legendary item for my Tiitan and that was a chest plate thing

try leveling up your cryptarch, you should start seeing better equipment at lvl 5 or 6

 

I'm a level 25 Titan and I am no longer advancing in the Vanguard. I am not yet a level one Vanguard and I have been doing A LOT of strike missions and it's stuck at 1320/1500 for three days now. How does this work? I want to get further in the game, but
if I can't get further in the Vanguard rank then...

 

Yeah, forget the Cryptarch. That guys a joke. I'm level 11 in it with over 35+ Legendary Engrams turned in now and NONE of them have ever turned into a Legendary reward. I bought that Exotic Engram from Xur over the weekend, turn it into the Cryptarch and
receive a Exotic chest piece for a Titan class, IM A HUNTER!

The reward system in Destiny is beyond broken. I'm always on the top of the scoreboard, whether its a Strike or a Crucible match, and I rarely get a reward. And when I do receive a reward it just some POS Rare Gear.

Earlier today I was playing a Skirmish match. My teammates are a bunch of randoms and just keep running around solo and dying over and over again, (and respawn when I'm trying to revive them). I'm the only reason my teams score is even close to the enemies.
Enemy team is just a few points off from winning, I give that extra little push, kill the entire team and win the game just barely. Then I receive a message that the guy who is the reason we almost lost received a Exotic Weapon (Universal Remote) as a reward,
and I get nothing. 9/10 Skirmish matches end like this.

FIX YOUR REWARD SYSTEM.

 

the higher lvl your cryptarch is the better he will be at deciphering your engrams, which means better loot...low lvl cryptarchs decipher low lvl loot...just saying
