[HELP] I am being communication banned every 3 weeks for nothing

Sorry if this is not the right forum, I was advised by a friend to post this here as he received feedback to this before.

I am wanting to investigate what exactly is causing me to be communication banned. This problem has been reoccurring for the past few months, and I have paid STRICT attention to what I am saying during online play. I am a professional player for a very competitive
fighting game, and I am wondering if I am being spam reported for "cheating" after winning. If not, I really want to know what I am getting suspended for and when.

I was recently suspended about a month or so ago and haven't touched my xbox until the past week. After receiving the message today (while being offline) that I broke the code of conduct and was re suspended, I went through all my messages (there isn't many)
to see if I said anything out of line. There is nothing, only good words between players in the community.

I am employed by EA Sports as a Gamechanger and have a reputation to uphold. I want to make it clear to them if it ever comes up that I am not doing anything wrong. I strongly believe I am being falsely banned, and really wish I could see some clarification.

Features that were banned: Share Kinect Content , Social Network Sharing , Communications , Communications Friends Only , Broadcast , Share Content

Description of the Issue: I constantly get messages saying I'm being banned every week it's unreal and I have no idea why I was banned

 

Suspended for 2 weeks for no reason

I got communication banned for 2 weeks around 3 days ago which I totally accept but yesterday I got suspended from playing multiplayer for 2 weeks for alleged Harassment.But I haven't harassed anyone as I've been communications banned.Any help in resolving
this issue is much appreciated thanks.

 

For information about your suspension and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans.

 

My buddy got suspended and came here. He said he received a reply from a representative as to when and why he was banned. Am I in the wrong sub forum?

 

The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a Case Review.

24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not review-able, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag.

Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps HERE, however sometimes you're asked to
complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing
the review.

If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.
