    As the title states....I have no idea how i did this but is there anyway to make this right?

    I have gone through all channels as recomnded and it seems i am stuck with GP unlimited for 59.99 for 4 months instead of a subscription of XB live for 1 YEAR!!

    I don't understand why Microsoft cannot just switch this to a gold subscription and fix this mistake? Although i suspect its because i purchased with my gift cards....

    I have been on XB live gold over 10 years total w different emails.

    Thanks for letting me vent!
