Help! how to get a refund when hackers have been into your account

My son stupidly bought some FIFA points on eBay from someone claiming they could refund them back to him. 48000 Fifa points were bought by this hacker on his acct. I contacted Microsoft but has received a message saying there's nothing they can do about
it case closed. I need the chance to explain what happened instead of the 150 characters I was allowed to do so in the standard refund box. How can I speak to someone or email someone about this as £460 has been spent on my card? thanks

Contact Support, and have them assist you further with
Requesting a Refund for the unauthorized charges.

Try this:

Log into Support.Xbox.com
Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
Step 1: Click on Ask a Question
Step 2 : Select your Product
Step 3 : Select your Issue
- Select – Call me back

How about delete the hackers account, I have the name of another hacker, recently stole my cousins account and is even selling it, xbox gamertag of hacker is fritz6163, how about do something and get rid of the hackers

I'm afraid that you have been hacked.

Do you have an EA account? Users who do have an EA account and have used the same password for that account as they do for their WLID (Windows Live ID) have been getting hacked recently. This is due to hackers getting into EA servers and accessing user account
information, and just trying it with WLID to try for XBL accounts.

You can and should contact Xbox Support. Tell them what has happened and I believe they will launch an investigation into your account. Sadly though, they lock your account so nobody can use it and it does take some time for them to conduct their investigation.
I believe though, once they have conducted the investigation they should refund you of the microsoft points the hacker took.

If you did have any card details linked with your account, please also check these to see if the hacker has purchased more MS points with your card.

Terribly sorry that your account has been hacked. For the future always remember to try and make your WLID and password as unique as possible and make the password as complex as possible.

My hackers problem has been solved thanks for the good helpful advice on how to protect my account but I have no choice to use for the rest of 2013-1015.

I had an inquiry opened by microsoft to recover my account. Normally, I should get it back soon, the hacker having taken advantage of the money that was there on this account, the Microsoft procedure for the refund is the longest step.
