Help hard resetting xbox one s

I need help hard resetting my console (if its still possible anymore). Im trying to sell it because i didnt play that much. But there was a lot of space that got taken up on it.... Anyway, when i thought i reset it, i think i just simply erased my account/games. Im concerned there might still be my info somewhere in it. Whatever i did, it said something like 700,000 out of 1tb was reset?...I dont really know. But now i cant physically get on my console because i dont have a cord. Is there anything we can do remotely or something?

If you think you left your account on it, just change your password on the web, then the next time someone boots the console up they will be prompted to enter the new password, which of course they won't know.

There's no way to factory reset a console remotely. You'd have to be able to turn it on. If you followed these instructions, https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults, then everything should have been removed.

It is the xbox one s also i do not have any peripherals or a external hard drive connected i have already tried a hard reset many times but no help it just stays laggy

Brand new xbox one s, fortnite crashes while loading. Tried hard reset, uninstalling but nothing works.

Yes I have the original Xbox one s controller that came with the system. Do I have to use that to reset my Xbox one s system?

It's 2 am and I don't feel like in doing this now. I'll do it on Sunday night or Monday .

What about the hard drive do I format the hard drive too? Or leave it alone?
