I downloaded the game Halo infinite through xbox game pass, when I start the game it gives an error (0x80070102), please help

That's your issue then. Some games give this error code (0x80070102) when you try to play them when your physical location does not match your Microsoft account location. Since you live on an unsupported country (Ukraine - https://www.xbox.com/en-US/regions), you will not be able to fix this. I'm really sorry about this.
