Help getting Xbox 360 backwards compatability

I am having issues playing backwards compatible 360 games on Xbox one. i was told that I need xbox live gold for the next steps in trouble shooting, but am unable to purchase at this time.

i was told by a representative that you could help with providing a gold subscription to help resolve this issue, or in helping adjust a region locked code i already have that doesnt work with my system.

this is in regards to support issue #1406514205 if that helps.

I have a 360 and a number of games, hard drive and controlers. I dont see getting the XB1 since thee is no backward compatability.

 

No one on the forums can give you a gold code. You would need to purchase one.

There is no way around region locking. If you have a code that is region locked, you would need to see if you could return the code to the retailer you purchased it from and purchase a code that is made for your region. Many 360 games are region locked.
In krder to download them, your accpunt region has to match your physical location and you have to be in a region where the game is available.
