    I pre ordered fallout 4 and got the fallout 3 code well I decided to wait to download it BC its coming on xbox one soon anyway we'll I didn't realize that xbox deletes the message with the code in it after 30 days I wanted to ask if there is a way for me
    to get my code back plz help

    All Xbox messages expire after 28 days; after this time has passed, messages cannot be retrieved.

    In the future, please remember to check messages regularly and if it does contain a code, be sure to use it as soon as possible!

    However, the Xbox Support team will be along to this forum soon, and while I can't guarantee anything, they may be able to recover the code for you.

    If you put the 2nd step verification on your account, you should put another code as password on your xbox 360 ( check this > https://account.live.com/proofs/manage/additional
    ) .

    Otherwise i suggest you to change your password ( less than 16 characteres ).
