    Help.. for real..this has gone on for over a month..can't play cod black ops unless I find a friend or someone I have played with and it says join game then I can play one or two games then knocks me off..sick of this..and I need windows update for months
    nobody seems can not help with that either but they sure can keep you from playing online when prescription is due..what a joke..oh and I have a 360 why does it keep saying I have a xboxone lol..

    What seems to be the issue here? Please elaborate so we may be of assistance. The Official Xbox Support is around these forums from what I have seen, but not much. They are very busy with phone calls and chat requests at this time. Have you tried contacting
    either or using the Ambassador chat? You can do so through the
    Contact Us     page.

    it might be that there is a certain minimum speed requirements to play on xbox live, on either the XBox One or Xbox 360 I believe this is is about at least 1mbps download speed and 200 kbps upload speed I would suggest that you go and chack your current
    speed to make sure it meet this , you can do that one a site like this,

    This number doesn't work.... I call it and it is picked up by an automated system that says go online for support goodbye... Screw that.... That isn't customer support.... They deserve to be sued hard over this...
