I had installed fifa 15 from the windows store but it is not working.Every time the game opens and it moves to the screen which shows "connecting to servers"and after 2-3 seconds,the game closes.

His son probably fell for a phishing scam. Those are very common with FIFA for some reason. It's always FIFA. It would be nice if MS helped them, but they certainly aren't obligated to.

fifa 16 ultimate team connection

Bought my 11 year old Fifa 16 for his Xbox 360. When trying to play FIFA ultimate team comes up with 'error connecting to Fifa 16 ultimate team' how is this when he can play Fifa 12,13,14 online but not Fifa 16??? Please help very upset little boy at xmas

Hi Major,

Could you try uninstalling and reinstalling the game? As I understand it, the game is essentially only Ultimate Team, so you won't lose any progress by doing this.

The only way to transfer your FIFA Points from FIFA 21 to FIFA 22 is by logging in to FIFA 22 on your console or PC. You can’t transfer your FIFA Points from FIFA 21 to FIFA 22 using the FUT Web or Mobile Companion Apps. Log in to FIFA 22 on your console or PC to transfer your FIFA Points, then you’ll see them on the apps.

The first time you log in to FIFA 22 on your console or PC, you’ll see a pop-up that gives you the option to transfer your FIFA Points.
