    Help fix this


    I was suspended two weeks ago and my account still has the affects of the suspension even though I’m not suspended I’ve done everything the forums say I’ve deleted my account and power reset my Xbox several amount of times I’ve changed my privacy settings
    and power reset it many times I’ve done everything it’s been almost a month without being able to talk in parties or send messages help me fix this don’t make me do the things I’ve done numerous amount of times

    So I recently updated my Xbox 360 and now when I try to play the game, the piece of crap tells me the disk cannot be read. What the heck is wrong with the game?

    It's possible your suspension was extended. This has been happening a lot lately from what I've noticed. Your only option is to contact xbox accounts support and inquire what may have happened. Use this link and see if a live chat rep can help you out!

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with being able to redeem a code on your account.

    If you haven't already, I would recommend redeeming this code via an alternate platform such as online, or using the Xbox
    Console Companion     app off your mobile device.

    I would recommend using the
    Digital Code Solution     and see if some of these troubleshooting techniques work for you.

    If this does not work, it might not be possible to redeem this code on your account if you have already had this type of subscription in the past, you would not be able to redeem this trial code on your account.

    You can only redeem trial codes if this is the first time you are using this subscription on your account.

    I think you have rotated your screen.

    To fix it, please follow thtese steps:

    Press Control + Alt + 1 to reset it.

    You can also press the Windows Key + A to disable the auto-rotate.

    There are a number of reasons you may not be able to send messages online. You may need to check if you have violated the code of conduct and may be on a communications ban at

    It could also just be a small technical issue or glitch and you could try to power cycle your console. Hold the power button for 10 seconds to turn it off > Then turn it on and sign back ? Check to see if it works.

    If none of those work you can contact Xbox Support.
