    Help Figuring out why I was Temporarily Banned


    I just received a communications ban from Xbox. It states:

    Temporary suspension impact: For the duration

    of the suspension this account cannot use Xbox Live communication

    features, including in-game and party chat, messaging, video

    communications, gameplay broadcasting, sharing content, and Skype on

    Xbox One. Permanent suspension impact: This account can no longer sign

    in to Xbox Live from any device. This enforcement affects the account's

    Xbox Live privileges until 1/31/2017, 3:11:40 PM.

    First off, I would like to know why this happened. Its frustrating because I feel like this was from a night where a guy threw a game on purpose and the people i was playing with messaged him in frustration. I somehow got reported as well as being part of
    the group even though I wasn't involved in harassing messages. If i could get any details on why this communications incideent happened that would be great.

    Secondly, what does that permanent impact mean above? Am I never able to sign into Xbox Live again? Or just through the end of the 24 hours time period?

    Banned from earning credits in Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary

    I hope i posted in the right section, but I am trying to figure out why my gamertag has been temporarily banned from earning credits on Halo Reach. this started 11/25. It did not tell me why I was banned, all it said was I was temporarily banned and did
    not tell me how long. I would just like to know what is going on. Thanks

    that's only if it's a perm ban

    Now they won't answer reasons for 24hour ban

    There is no permanent impact word? Oh and by the way I'll be careful now if I where you because repeated of doing this violation can get your account permanently banned, so let's hope not. For you're sake please read the ToC and CoC of Xbox live to avoid
    this hassle in the future. Good day.
