Help fast! (Reward credits)

Dear people that want to help me.

I bought 10.000 reward credits for 500 VIPgems. But i' am hearing that the program wil change. Can anyone help me so i can get my 10.000 reward credits faster? It says that the 10.000 reward credits for the 500 VIPgems has been redeemed but it has not showed
up yet.

Hi, I have 10750 rewards credits and it does not hurt me to make a quick transaction like they're supposed to say I need those credits as fast as possible to buy a game in the xbox help store

xbox 360 owners upgrading to xbox one!!

There is a promotion now on xbox rewards, for each refered friend that upgrades to xbox one from xbox 360 we will both receive 25 000 rewards credits ($25), anyone who is upgrading to xbox one and would like to help me and get credits as well please add me and let me know ; my gamertag is RaulAndresP.

They should show as pending on the MyRewards section of the site. They will be deposited on or before May 30.

Ok but are my reward credits not gonna disapear becouse of the new program or something?

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

Since you only claimed that prize today, they are not yet pending. As stated in the FAQ, since they would be pending in the second half of the month (May 24), they would be a part of next month's mid-month deposit that occurs by the 15th.

Couldn't edit fast enough. Check your rewards account (www.rewards.xbox.com) to make sure you've been credited for the items. I know points are rewarded by the 15th and 30th of each month, and only after you've earned 100.

Rewards credits are not like Microsoft Rewards points. The credits are deposited directly into your Xbox account as currency.
